The main problem I had with vrv was that the quality was too low and advertising level was far too high to be worth watching it for free anyways. The trial works of course but since it's monthly payments based on channels, it doesn't seem worth it for a few episodes a month. Although I do understand it would be harder to get the show on something like Netflix or Hulu.

You don’t have to pay for VRV. Getting a premium account does support the show, but it also just gives you access to the newer episodes earlier. If you have concerns about the quality and ads on the website/app, please contact vrv.co/help. 

And, watching with ads does support the show as well!
