Perhaps you could try SBS in Australia? They broadcast the international and weird stuff. I'm not saying Bee and PuppyCat are weird but maybe television companies feel that? Anyway, I'm desperate to watch the new episodes it sucks that you aren't able to get them shown outside the US.
